the staff at reception was fabulous. they were helpful and super friendly. the hotel is dog friendly. a nice studio was an added bonus! tram and buses are very nearby for easy access.
the bed felt a little small, considering the room size.

this location is great for accessing events at letzigrund stadium. the metro pickup is a short walk from the hotel. it provides easy navigation throughout the city. it took approximately 15 minutes to reach the downtown area.

i found the location excellent i could easily walk to the metro. i loved that a grocery store was so close. the staff were so friendly and very accommodating i really appreciated it.
the bed was a bit small for two people it was only 140cm. also the water pressure in the shower was not the best. it was a bit difficult to get properly wet sometimes

the room was very clean and everything seemed to have been considered.
i was pretty annoyed that someone from the staff opened my room late at night and left without apologizing when they noticed the light was on. i reported it to the reception, and they said it was a mistake made by a security colleague. i didn't sleep well all night because of this incident.

The room was quite WONDERFUL and clean. When I arrived, the staff said my room was upgraded to one with a terrace. That was a nice surprise. The hotel provides a coffee machine. All guests can get free coffee anytime. The tram station is nearby, and the neighborhood seemed quiet and safe.
I received a handicap room, but no one mentioned it. The shower only had a handheld head. This made showering difficult. There was no air conditioning, but they provided a fan. I left the door open for air, but smoke came in from a neighbor. This made me nauseous.

It offered seventeen different coffee options. i appreciated the availability of coffee in my room as well. the hotel's location allowed easy access to public transportation including trams buses and trains.
the room lacked air conditioning. i found this somewhat inconvenient during warmer days.
